Lucas Bennett thought his pregnant wife Emma was harboring an affair when she refused to leave their bed for six days. Pulling back the duvet in their Lakeshore penthouse, he uncovered a horror: her legs were severely swollen, marked by deep fingerprints, and inflamed with spreading infections. Trapped in terror, Emma revealed that a private nurse had been drugging and restraining her, warning her that Lucas had signed legal documents forfeiting their unborn child to the Bennett family if she were deemed incapacitated. Horrified by the realization of his family’s scheme, Lucas summoned emergency responders.
